Limiting Beliefs

What are they? These are simply beliefs that are limiting you from growing, securing and valuing yourself. They are forced on us not just by society but also by those closest and most influential to us. That includes authority figures, family, friends and ourselves.


How do they manifest or begin? When these beliefs are implemented by someone else it can be projections of fear, insecurity and toxic or limited mindsets. One experience can immediately cast a strong belief that can manifest into our patterns and how far we decide to operate ourselves. If not balanced this can become a projection onto others.


Why care and do something about it?

Being aware and deciding to transform those beliefs into something expansive will truly free you from your own mental conflict and societal restraints. Programing your own mind and body to live the life you truly believe in should be understood and embodied with your own experience. Be aware of what influences you and you choose to believe and give power to.
